Bloom Metabolic
Exclusive weight management. A focused, physician-led metabolic program.
- 45-minute initial consultation, including lab orders
- Monthly 30-minute follow-ups, including medication management
- Quarterly laboratory studies when clinically indicated
- Physician-directed nutrition and behavioral protocol
Bloom Signature
Comprehensive family medicine with a women’s health emphasis. Real access, unhurried visits, continuity.
- Annual comprehensive assessment, 60 minutes
- Four scheduled follow-up visits per year, 45 minutes each
- Unlimited same-day and next-day acute visits as clinically indicated
- Unlimited telehealth as clinically appropriate, anywhere in California
- Direct phone, text and email access to Dr. Tully during business hours
- Extended messaging access to 9:00 PM daily for non-emergency concerns
- Full well-woman care, preventive care and chronic condition management
- Weight and metabolic care included at this level
Bloom Reserve
A small-panel, fully bespoke membership with longevity-grade diagnostics and comprehensive health advocacy.
- Dedicated Reserve calendar, same-day at member convenience
- Home, office and hotel visits within Los Angeles County
- Extended messaging access to 11:00 PM daily
- Annual longevity-grade evaluation through partner facilities
- Continuous remote monitoring with physician review
- Physician accompaniment to specialist and hospital appointments
- Everything in Signature and Metabolic, at no additional membership fee

Membership fees pay for enhanced access and non-covered amenities and services. They are not insurance, not a substitute for insurance, and not prepayment for any covered medical service. Members are strongly encouraged to maintain separate health insurance.
All memberships are cash-pay. No insurance is billed for membership or for services rendered under membership. Superbills are provided on request.
