Bloom Medical is a membership-based concierge medical practice in Los Angeles, built around primary care and women's health for patients who want more time with their physician, not less. The practice is located at 600 S San Vicente Blvd, in the Beverly Grove neighborhood adjacent to Cedars-Sinai — a central, easy-to-reach address for patients across the Westside, Mid-City, and the greater Los Angeles area.

Concierge medicine means membership, not volume. Instead of a patient panel sized to fill a schedule, Bloom Medical keeps its panel deliberately small, so that every visit gets the time it actually requires — typically thirty to sixty minutes, not the standard fifteen. Fewer patients means a physician who recognizes your voice on the phone, remembers what you told her last visit, and has room in her schedule when something comes up that can't wait.

Dr. Patrice Tully, M.D.

Bloom Medical was founded by Dr. Patrice Tully, M.D., a board-certified family medicine physician with more than thirteen years of clinical experience. She earned her A.B. in Biology from Harvard, her M.D. from Drexel University College of Medicine, and completed her training at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. She is a Milken Scholar, a Medical Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, and the author of The Weight Loss Reset: How to Rewire Your Body for Long-Term Success. Dr. Tully built Bloom Medical on the belief that good medicine takes time — time to ask, time to listen, and time to look past a chief complaint to what's actually going on. Women's Health, Hormones & Metabolic Care

Dr. Tully's clinical focus is women's health across every life stage. That includes the preventive fundamentals — annual well-woman exams, Pap smears and cervical cancer screening, HPV testing, clinical breast exams, and STI/STD testing — as well as contraceptive counseling, IUD insertion and removal, and evaluation of abnormal uterine bleeding. It also includes the two areas a general practice most often rushes:

• Perimenopause and menopause management, including hormone replacement therapy
• PCOS evaluation and management, from diagnosis through ongoing treatment
• Physician-led metabolic and weight management, built around the same program described in Dr. Tully's book — not outsourced to an app

Membership, Not Insurance

Care at Bloom Medical is delivered through a concierge membership model. Membership is not health insurance and is not a health care service plan licensed under California's Knox-Keene Act — it pays for direct access to Dr. Tully, extended visit times, and a level of availability and continuity a standard insurance-based practice isn't built to offer. We recommend every member maintain separate health insurance coverage for hospital care, specialist referrals, and anything outside the scope of membership. Panels are limited, and every inquiry is reviewed personally before an invitation is extended.
