Is membership a replacement for health insurance?
No. A Bloom membership is not insurance, and it is not billed to insurance — every tier is cash‑pay. What you are paying for is the concierge relationship with Dr. Tully. Separately, Dr. Tully also sees patients through Apex Multispecialty Medical Group, and those visits are billed to insurance in the usual way — that is a different arrangement, booked separately, and it is not part of membership. Members typically pair membership with their own health coverage for hospitalization, imaging, and specialty care.
What is billed separately from the membership fee?
Certain in‑office procedures, outside laboratory work and imaging, medications, and specialist care are billed separately — through insurance where applicable.
Is there a term commitment?
The full‑practice memberships are annual, and twelve‑month agreements are standard; Signature offers a monthly payment option. Bloom Metabolic is enrolled month‑to‑month.
How do same‑day access and physician messaging work?
Members reach the practice directly — by message during the day and through the after‑hours line beyond it — and are seen the same or next day. Visits run thirty to sixty minutes.
Can I be cared for while traveling?
Yes. Telehealth is available wherever you are, and your care continues uninterrupted when you are away from Los Angeles. Reserve extends this further, with global on‑call coverage and travel‑medicine planning.
How does the Reserve application work?
Reserve is extended by application, with membership capped at approximately twenty‑five families. Begin with a request through the appointment page, and the practice will arrange a private conversation.
