1. General Information Only
The content on this website — including service descriptions, the Learning Centre, articles, and any downloadable material — is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not account for your individual history, medications, or circumstances.
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any question you have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on this site.
2. No Physician–Patient Relationship
Viewing this site, submitting an inquiry, downloading material, subscribing to our list, or corresponding with us does not create a physician–patient relationship with Bloom Medical or with any of its physicians.
That relationship is established only after you have been accepted as a member, completed intake and consent, and been formally accepted for care by a Bloom Medical physician.
3. Membership Is Not Insurance
MEMBERSHIP IN BLOOM MEDICAL IS NOT HEALTH INSURANCE. It is not a health care service plan and is not licensed under the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975. Membership does not cover hospitalization, emergency care, specialty care, prescription drugs, or services billed independently by outside laboratories, imaging centers, hospitals, or physicians.
We strongly recommend that every member maintain separate health insurance coverage. Your Membership Agreement governs what the membership fee includes.
4. The Apex Affiliation
Bloom Medical maintains a clinical affiliation with Apex Multi-Specialty Medical Group for specialty referral and continuity of care. Apex is an independent medical group and a separate legal entity. Bloom Medical does not control Apex, and Apex does not control Bloom Medical.
Each entity is responsible for the care its own clinicians provide. Referral to an Apex physician or to any other specialist is not a warranty of that clinician’s services, and services rendered by an outside provider may be billed separately by that provider.
5. Licensure and Geographic Scope
Bloom Medical physicians are licensed to practice in the State of California. Medical services, including telehealth, are available only to individuals physically located in California at the time of service, or in another jurisdiction where the treating physician holds an active license.
Nothing on this site is an offer to practice medicine in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Medicine is not deterministic. Descriptions of services, programs, screening, or approaches to weight, hormonal, or metabolic health on this site do not promise any particular outcome. Results vary with individual physiology, adherence, comorbidity, and factors outside anyone’s control. No statement on this site should be read as a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of a clinical result.
7. Panel Availability
Bloom Signature and Bloom Reserve operate on limited panels. Availability changes. Submitting an inquiry or application does not reserve a place or guarantee acceptance, and published fees are subject to change until confirmed in a signed Membership Agreement.
8. Accuracy and Currency of Content
We take care to keep this site accurate, but medical knowledge, guidelines, pricing, and practice details change. Content may become out of date, and we make no representation that any material here is complete, current, or free of error. We may modify or remove content at any time without notice.
9. Third-Party Links and Content
This site may link to third-party websites, studies, organizations, or resources. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, and we are not liable for anything you encounter through an external link.
10. Testimonials and Patient Experience
Any testimonial, review, or account of patient experience appearing on this site reflects one individual’s experience. It is not a promise or indication that anyone else will have a comparable experience or outcome. Testimonials are published only with the individual’s written authorization, and identifying details may be withheld to protect privacy.
11. Published Works and Media
References on this site to books, articles, interviews, or other media authored by or featuring our physicians are provided for background. Content in those works is general and educational, is not tailored to any reader, and does not constitute medical advice or create a physician–patient relationship. Third-party titles, marks, and publications remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Communication Security
Email, website forms, and text messages are not fully secure channels. Do not send urgent clinical information, detailed medical history, or sensitive identifiers through them. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information transmitted outside the secure channels the Practice designates, and we are not responsible for interception in transit.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOOM MEDICAL AND ITS OWNERS, PHYSICIANS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PUBLISHED ON THIS SITE OR FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
